Return and Replacement

“AMARINE" Ltd. always strives to provide the best customer support to its clients, so you have the right to return or replace your purchased items within 14 days of receipt.

Return and Replacement:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or replace your purchased product within 14 days of receipt ( Products that are custom made and made-to-measure CANNOT be returned! ). In this case, you must inform “AMARINE" Ltd. of your decision by sending an email to orders@amarineatelier.com or calling us: +359898828289. Only after you have received a confirmation you can return the purchased goods.

In order for the consignment to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

1.Amarineatelier.com has been informed in writing or by phone that the order will be returned within 14 days of receipt.

2. The products must be new, unused and complete - in the original package, with all the labels attached, not worn, clean and odorless.

3. All accompanying documents - a receipt, a cash order and / or a receipt must be attached to the return shipment.

Amarineatelier.com reserves the right not to accept returned products that do not meet the conditions described above.

Wrong size and return of goods:

If you want to change your purchase with another size or other items, then you must follow the steps described above. Once we receive the items you wish to return, we will send you a new one according to your requirements. The cost of sending a new item in exchange for a replacement is at the expense of the Customer. The cost of returning the item is for the account of the Customer.

Refund:

If you wish to return a purchased item entirely, please follow the steps outlined above. Once we receive the goods you wish to return and we verify in its entirety, and that the accompanying documents are attached, the amount of the purchased goods from the Customer excluding the delivery fees will be refunded to you by bank transfer. The refund is made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
