Delivery

All parcels within Bulgaria are delivered by courier company "Econt Express". The parcel can be delivered to your personal or business address, however it can be delivered to an Econt Express Office.

All orders made until 5pm. on business days are delivered on the next working day when the items you've ordered are available. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and on bank holidays will be shipped on the second business day thereafter. This excludes delaying from the courier company, bank holidays and small town where the courier has scheduled deliveries.

If an item is not currently available, the standard delivery time is one week.

* "AMARINE" Ltd. is not responsible in case of damage to the goods by the courier company.

Standard International Delivery

The delivery time depends on the type of delivery you choose. Once you enter the delivery address, the cost and timing of the order is calculated automatically and added to the total value of your order. The total value you will pay is the value of the order plus the value of the delivery.

- for all countries – €22, delivery time is 5-10 working days (Upon completion of the order the amount is calculated automatically and you will be able to choose whether to agree or to cancel your order.)

International Express Delivery

The delivery time depends on the type of delivery you choose. Once you enter the delivery address, the cost and timing of the order is calculated automatically and added to the total value of your order. The total value you will pay is the value of the order plus the value of the delivery.

- for Europe, the USA and Canada – €30, delivery time is 1-3 working days (Upon completion of the order the amount is calculated automatically and you will be able to choose whether to agree or to cancel your order.)

- for all other countries - €35, delivery time is 1-3 working days (Upon completion of the order the amount is calculated automatically and you will be able to choose whether to agree or to cancel your order.)

International taxes & duties

Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. 

International customs holds

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in touch with us and we will happily look into this for you. NO customs charges will be applied for orders within the EU.

Payments

There are multiple ways to pay for your order. You can pay on delivery within Bulgaria (cash on delivery), credit or debit card, or PayPal. You can make your choice at the checkout.
